MODULEN^® is a nutritionally complete formula for the special dietary use of individuals with Crohn’s disease who choose to follow an enteral diet as either a sole or partial source of nutrition under medical supervision.

MODULEN^® is a nutritionally complete powdered formula that can be mixed into 1kcal or 1.5kcal/mL concentrations. MODULEN^® has a neutral flavor similar to skim milk and is delicious on its own or in numerous smoothie recipes created for Crohn’s Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED).

Meets criteria for partial enteral nutrition as part of CDED¹.
Designed for use in children (age 5+) & adults with mild to moderate Crohn's disease.
Contains no artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, or artificial colors.
Gluten-free, suitable for lactose intolerance*

HOW TO USE

Directions

Wash hands thoroughly. Follow the mixing table and select the volume required.
Measure cool boiled or bottled water (room temperature) and pour into a clean bowl or container.
Scoop and level the desired amount of powder using the scoop in the tin or weigh in grams.
Add the powder to the water and immediately stir until well mixed.
After use, store the scoop inside the can.
